I am about to celebrate my 1st anniversary as CEO of Watson Integrity and boy oh boy has it been an education!
We are now emerging from what has been a challenging Covid Pandemic period but also a very buoyant time for real estate in New Zealand.
Personally, I am very appreciative of all the help and assistance of the Watson team in showing me the way we operate in our markets and enlightening me as we have gone along.
Making a complex process like selling a house or negotiating the mysteries of property management simple to understand has helped me to lead the business.
The property market is a bit of a roller coaster right now and it is more important than ever to get good advice whether it be for your forever home, an investment, or some other property you dream of owning.
We have seen super returns for landlords and great prices for people selling homes with the support of our property management and sales teams.
The company has also expanded to include offices in Levin and Paraparaumu and will soon open our 6th branch office in Marton.
This growth has come about with careful planning and a steady business model that best supports our clients in each of the regions we are operating in.
As 2022 progresses, I am sure we will all experience challenges, but rest assured that the Watson team are ready to take your call and give you the best advice.
